Good afternoon and welcome. When I sat down to think about this “State of the City” address, a lot of ideas rushed through my head. But let’s face it— there’s only one topic on everybody’s mind: the economy, jobs and getting people back to work. So the question this year-- heading into 2012-- is not what is on people’s minds - I’m clear on that.
